Overview This qualification is a great way to start you Information and Technology career in basic IT support roles including office assistant, records assistant and junior office support. This nationally recognized (ICT20115) Certificate II in Information digital media and technology will allow a student to get hands-on experience dealing with everyday hardware. During this course, students will get the opportunity to understand online collaboration platforms such as the Google Suite and explore the Pros and Con's of social media. All while getting real hands-on experience building and maintaining computers and networks.

Where can this Qualification take me? Upon successful completion, this qualification is designed to give you the skills required to be an office assistant, records assistant and junior office support person. We will also be giving additional skills to make you more effective in a basic hardware and support technician role for Small Businesses.
Where will I study? You will be attending live practical session at Floor 2 The Milton 55 Railway Terrace, Milton, above the Milton train station. Live teach online presentations can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home via Zoom.
Is this the latest course? This particular certificate was released on the 14/01/16 and no replacement has been announced at the time of printing this.
What happens if Training Professionals can't complete my training? Should we be unable to complete your training for whatever reason it is our intention to ensure all upfront fees are refunded in accordance with our refund policy (link to our refund policy) and you receive a Statement Of Attainment for all modules you have completed. By taking these modules to another RTO you will be able to effectively pick up from where you were and continue.
Is there any Government Funding available? Currently, Training Professionals only offers this as a Fee for Service course.

Training and Assessment will be conducted in person at our premises and online during your delivery sessions. Expected duration is approximately 6 months.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Expected duration is 6 months depending on how much training you actually need. It is a requirement that you have your employer's support to undertake this certificate through us. We will conduct the RPL in your work environment and where your employer doesn't have the equipment for us to confirm your competence through challenge testing and observation we will arrange for you to attend our venue @ Level 2 The Milton, 55 Railway Tce Milton(above the Milton train station), with our Assessor to finalise your assessment.
Total Cost - Including all expenses and assuming that all modules have RPL granted this will cost you $1,000.
