How long has this System been used for?

This system has been developed and live tested for over 9 years now. At the time of its inception there weren't really any cloud based systems available so we decided to create the first one. Our system was originally created for internal use only within our RTO but when it was sold the purchaser already owned a number of RTO's and wasn't interested in the software itself. We left them an unlimited use licence and the migration away from our system has never really happened.

Why do you charge per person per competency instead of a fixed fee?

There are a few reasons for this.

1. Every time you pass a person out on a module you are earning money whereas all of the other support services simply cost money. This means that we do all the extra work for free, it is only when you earn money that we ask you for some.

2. If times are hard for your RTO and you aren't writing new competencies you are not going to be out of pocket.

3. When you are growing and getting the money in the front door that is usually the most likely time that your compliance will drop. Through the ToDo system that structural integrity will be maintained and new staff will have a flying start(I mean that is when you will be putting new staff on and will also be the one time you WON't have the time to spend with them).

4. This also means that as the RTO Governing Standards change you are not paying anything else for your system to be updated as we have the money to fund it. We will be doing updates back end then you will have new tutorials to help update you, not only on what is different and how our system is catering for them, but keeping you educated and on the forefront of those changes.

How does your system help me maintain my registration?

Our system approaches this from 2 separate places.

1. Each person in your organisation will have a Master Dashboard. From that master dashboard they will be able to easily see what jobs they have outstanding. Each of these jobs are automatically generated by the software and as long as each person keeps their To Do list basically up to date your Audit evidence will be automatically updated. A Massive portion of Audit compliance is not only about the jobs getting done but that there is a record kept to prove this.

2. The Internal Compliance Audit(which is a mirror of the one used by ASQA) is continually updated and automatically populated with relevant information on what you have been actively doing within your organisation to maintain your adherence to the Standards. This means that at any time you can either view or print your internal audits or you can actually share them with anyone you specifically choose to.

Every management system I have found seems to be hard to use with lots of buttons in strange places. How hard is it to learn?

The best thing you can do is to test the system out. So take a quick tour by clicking here and at the end of it you can enter information into our Test system and have a play. Be warned that this system restores once every 24 hours and resets dates etc so that the information can be played with by everyone.

Every single Job has been work flowed to mean that you have everything at your fingertips when you need it and typically out of your field of view when you don't. When you forget to do something(or don't have the time for it now so intentionally go past it) there will be a listing placed on the relevant persons ToDo list, so once again our system helps ensure you maintain your compliance. This is the power of a well thought out Database.

So does that mean that this system can help me get registered as an RTO?

YES but there are a few things that you need to remember. Most of the systems are in place however when an auditor comes out they are not just looking for your Procedures, they are also looking for how much you know about them.
